My Name is Hope
Someone said I was stepped on. I came to the shelter with a broken leg, broken ribs and contusions/swelling on both sides of my face. I am only 4 months old and have been given a 2nd chance at life. A donation to the Sweetie Medical Fund is how the shelter continues to provide care to animals that otherwise would not have a this chance. http://www.fdlhumane.org/make-donation.iml

Raise the Woof - Expanding for the Pets We Love!
Thank you for your consideration and your support for our campaign. The Fond du Lac Humane Society has embarked on an expansion to its existing facility in order to meet both the current and future needs of the area's animal population. The proposed addition will have almost three times the space of the existing building and will provide for all the needs of the animals for the many years to come. The Board of Directors of the Fond du Lac Humane Society has decided to proceed with a $600,000 capital campaign to expand their facility. We need your help in assisting us to reach our goal.Should you wish to pledge your financial support, this may be done over a three year period. If you have any questions or need additional information, please feel free to contact us. With your help and support, we can make our dreams become a reality. Please make a donation and help the mercury in our thermometer grow
Thank You for Your Support!
Thank You to everyone for all the kind words and support you continue to show us, as well as the support you show for the innocent little ones who do not have a voice of their own!!! It is the Sweetie Medical Fund http://www.fdlhumane.org/make-donation.iml and the kindness and support the community give us, that allows us to treat these major medical situations. You are our strength!!!
We were called to take custody of these 3 puppies on Saturday. 6 weeks old, bleach was dumped on them, and then one of them was shoved into a garbage bag and left in dumpster to die. Fortunatly, the neighbors took their garbage out, heard the crying, rescued him, and then called the police. The puppies have suffered chemical burns to the face and eyes, inhalation and ingestion. There little lungs are inflamed and they have ulcers in the mouth and on the tongue that we know extend down the throat and into the stomach.
Every day we see just a little bit of improvment in their condition and we look forward to their having a bright, happy future!MORE »
