• Meet Felix! Felix is a handsome boy with a tough-guy appearance but a soft heart underneath it all. Felix is still a little unsure around people and has a more independent personality, so it took him a few months here at the shelter to truly start feeling comfortable and letting his guard down. Once you earn his trust, though, you’ll discover a sweet side to him that staff members have completely fallen in love with, making him a staff favorite. Felix enjoys gentle affection on his own terms and especially loves a good butt scratch. While he hasn’t shown much of a playful side, he does seem to enjoy batting around fake mice from time to time, and wet food is definitely one of the quickest ways to win him over. Felix would thrive in a patient and understanding home that respects his independence while allowing him the time and space to build trust at his own pace. He was recently introduced into a playroom with other cats and so far seems to be getting along well with his feline roommates. With the right person, Felix is sure to become a deeply rewarding companion. Felix is UTD on all age-appropriate vaccines, FIV/FeLV tested negative, neutered, and microchipped.
