• Meet Leon! Leon has been spending some time in a foster home, allowing us to get to know his wonderful personality even better, and we can confidently say he's one of the sweetest cats you'll ever meet! He may be a little cautious when meeting new people, but it doesn't take him long to warm up and show off his incredibly affectionate side. Once he's comfortable, Leon becomes a total lovebug who absolutely adores attention! He's a true lap cat and would happily spend hours curled up on the lap of anyone willing to give him a cozy place to rest. He can also be quite the chatterbox at times and isn't afraid to let you know when he has something to say! Being an older gentleman, Leon isn't the most playful cat, but he does occasionally enjoy chasing a laser pointer when the mood strikes. He much prefers spending his days relaxing, cuddling, and soaking up all the love he can get! Other cats can make Leon a little nervous, but he does well with laid-back, respectful feline companions who give him his space. He hasn't had any experience around dogs, but we would be happy to dog test him at the request of any serious adoption inquiries. One important thing to know about Leon is that he is currently on a prescription urinary diet. Several years ago, Leon experienced urinary crystals that required removal, and although that issue was resolved, he has remained on his prescription food as a preventative measure to help keep his urinary tract healthy. His future adopter will need to be committed to continuing this special diet to help ensure he stays happy and healthy! Leon is UTD on all age-appropriate vaccines, FIV/FeLV tested negative, neutered, and microchipped.
