• Meet Mabel, our resident grumpy old lady with a whole lot of sass! Mabel is a very independent girl who is quite picky about who she lets into her inner circle. She likes to be the boss and prefers to have everything done on her terms. While she isn't your typical affectionate lap cat, she has surprised a select few people with a quick head bump, which is about as loving as she's willing to get right now! With time, patience, and the right person, she may eventually show more of her softer side. Mabel would be happiest in a home where she can simply coexist with her human without the expectation of constant attention. She loves curling up on a cozy cat bed and would make the perfect couch companion, lounging nearby while you enjoy your favorite show. She hasn't shown much interest in playing, but that could change once she's comfortable in a home of her own. One thing Mabel certainly loves is her wet food and treats, so the way to her heart might just be through her stomach! Mabel may not be everyone's cup of tea, but for someone who appreciates a sassy, independent cat with a big personality, she could be the perfect match! Mabel does not react well around other cats, so she must be the only cat in the household! Mabel is UTD on all age-appropriate vaccines, FIV/FeLV tested negative, spayed, and microchipped.
